Geneviève (Gin) Bourgeois performs as leMeow, known for cinematic pop and a distinctive vocal presence. Her music has been described by broadcaster Alan Cross as “sultry coolness.”

 

Her single “Ghost Heart” earned attention from outlets including Canadian Beats and Global Texan Chronicles and received airplay on CBC Radio.

 

Earlier in her career, leMeow represented Canada at Yamaha Asian Beat in Tokyo, where her performance drew recognition from acclaimed bassist Nathan East.

 

Today, she writes and performs velvet pop that balances atmosphere, melody, and emotional clarity, often coloured by the warm resonance of her antique rosewood xylophone. Her latest single, “I'm Gonna Love You,” is out October 16, 2026.​
